Who we are

This site and our outreach are operated by Sasa Film AB (org.nr 559216-4429),

Heliosgatan 13, 120 78 Stockholm, Sweden. AIproduction is a trading name of

Sasa Film AB. Sasa Film AB is the data controller for the personal data

described below.

What personal data we process

If we contact you about our services, we may hold: your name, your job title,

your business email address, the company you work for, and publicly published

information about that company such as product launches, campaigns, job

advertisements or social media activity. We do not seek or store special

category data, and we do not process data about private individuals acting

outside a business role.

Where we obtained it

From publicly accessible sources: company websites, public social media

profiles, published job advertisements, business directories and public

professional profiles. We record the source and the date we accessed it for

every contact. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect data from

behind logins, paywalls or technical restrictions.

Why we process it, and our lawful basis

We process this data to contact businesses that may have a genuine use for our

creative production services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests under

Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our interest in offering relevant services to a business,

balanced against your interests and rights. We have carried out and documented

a balancing assessment, and you can ask us for a summary of it.

How long we keep it

We keep outreach records for up to 24 months from the last contact, then delete

them. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep only the minimum needed to

honour that request permanently, which is your email address on a suppression

list. That record is never deleted, because deleting it would risk contacting

you again.

Stopping contact

Reply with the word "unsubscribe" to any message, or email

Adnan@aiproduction.se. We action it immediately and permanently. You do not

need to give a reason, and you will not receive a confirmation request.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it

corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and to receive it

in a portable format. To object to processing based on legitimate interests,

simply tell us, and we will stop. Contact Adnan@aiproduction.se for any of

these.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use Microsoft 365 to send and receive email,

which means our email provider processes this data on our behalf.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your personal data incorrectly, please contact us

first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish

Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), Box 8114,

104 20 Stockholm, imy@imy.se.
